You might be buying into a sociopathic definition of "success". If your definition of success is to be #1 in the market, focused on profits over everything else, and have no non-work criteria for success, then yes, being a sociopath helps. But if you define success by happiness, life satisfaction, family and friends, enjoying your work, and fulfilling your personal goals. That can be done more readily without going sociopathic. |
