Upstream in this thread we have "it's not torture because no-one is making those residents who live in the area stay" - because of course, they all can afford the time and effort to go stay in a hotel out of the area for a few weeks... Here we have "oh, well, it might as well be a ban, if you're going to inconvenience someone for a few weeks". |
