A thread on Twitter that I can't find confirmed that when they implemented the redirect, they took the stats in localstorage on the co.uk. domain, encoded it into json and passed it through a query param where the new site just parsed it and stored it in localstorage.

Sadly they seem to have missed the fact that many people have the old site bookmarked, and if you go back to the old site it will transfer your old stats again, erasing any progress you've made since then. At least I was able to repro that on two separate browsers.

Thank you for saying that, I checked my stats and you are correct.

Unfortunately setting my device date back to redo the missing games, does not work.
