I'm wondering if you have the same issue I do, the day job is pulling more of your programming bandwidth than you think it is.

In my case I'm dealing with a virtual river of shit, and when I get home, I don't want to touch the computer at all. And when I do make time for programming, it's very hard to get into flow because it's usually 'sandwich time' stuck between other responsibilities.

I've got something similar. I'm in college, just started, and there's a prevalent feeling that spending hours in your room not being social is a bad thing. When I DO get in front of the computer, it's harder to push forward.

Progress is happening, though, so I'm optimistic.
