that has not been my experience. I get feedback from LI on views and resume downloads, and I get emails for next steps AND rejections. Granted, I'm sure I have some no-replies from there, but it's so easy to apply to more I hardly notice or worry. If I really like a place, I'll apply at their native portal as well as their Easy Apply. |
