Same here. Nowadays I usually do "reverse interviews" and have the candidate grill me and ask me questions. After all, there's a ton of tech jobs and the power is in the hands of the candidate; their questions should come first. Some folks are surprised by this and I often have to help them along, but that's cool -- it is a bit different. |
