The MBA, 13inch MBP, the bigger imac and the mac min are all old designs that were updated with a M1 processor.

The 2022 update will bring a new industrial design on top of the new architecture. The same way the imac and the 14/16MBP were refreshed with a new design + a new architecture.

My predictions form each:

- MBA -> many colors, white screen/keyboard background (similar to imac)

- MBP 13 -> renamed MacBook, a MBA with more ports, no colors and black screen/keyboard

- iMac -> might be renamed imac pro, black screen and keyboard background. Same small footprint as the consumer imac

- mac mini -> the current mac min is pretty empty. I think we'll see something much more compact but really similar in design.

I think it's more likely that the MBA is simply renamed to Macbook. "Air" used to mean something but it doesn't anymore.

The true successor of the MBP 13 is the 14. There is no reason to keep the 13 around.
