About 20% of our team has ADHD and are thriving. We found this out when trying to do some internal usability testing on our UI. We don't explicitly target being ADHD friendly, but actively endeavor to be a good employer for all sorts of neurodiversity. We view people as individuals and manage and allocate tasks with awareness of each person's strengths.
