I left a comment about my personal recommendations but after reading this it may not be as applicable. My intent here is not from a basis of negativity but I’m impressed with the cannabis mass you consume monthly. It seems like a steady decrease may be a better approach for you - than cold turkey etc. As mentioned in another comment I’m not personally concerned about my cannabis usage (on the order of 5 grams a month) but I have had (and continue to have) addiction issues with nicotine. I’ve found that steadily decreasing daily or weekly intake is a viable way to decrease net consumption. Possibly packing smaller bowls could be a good way to start? Other tricks I’ve found to help a little is sort of an “intermittent fasting approach” - where you set a window of hours where you can consume and do not consume outside those hours.
