I do have a team but business is not completely self sustainable without me yet. Perhaps that is one area I can look into as well and spend a bit less time on it than the 60-70 hour weeks. Thx for your suggestion.
That should be a high point of focus. It's hard to give up control, but you have to think about the "hit by a bus" scenario. In the rare chance that you were hit by a bus tomorrow, it would be a large impact since they would not be sustainable without you. What would be your team's plan for filling in your role?
