But man, I thought it was going to be simple factual questions I might know the answer to, like a more streamlined Quora with better incentives to answer. Your example question in the screenshot on the Play Store is heavy shit. The first question I got was about gay marriage, which isn't really a matter of contention at this point anyways.

What's with this attempt to get peoples' opinions on "hot-button" issues? What is this for lol, who benefits from these answers? Who is asking these questions?

Very good question. The idea is to ask people thought-provoking questions, in order to create a discussion, and just arouse interest and have something to think about.

But definitely, I'm thinking that there should a mix of "heavy" questions and lighter ones.
