1. Do you have user metrics where you can see who your top 10% of users are?
2. Work out who your top 10 users are and do what you have to do to get in contact with them.
3. Tell them you will be building features if they response to a survey.
4. Offer them $ to chat on the phone. |

1. Yes, I have those metrics.
Here's how I imagine I'd carry it out:
1. manually send an email with a link to a survey on google forms
2. if they fill out the survey, offer $ to chat on the phone
3. If they don't fill out the survey, pester up to 3 more times to take the survey. Use different email copy each time, gently remind them to take survey and reply in the same email chain.
In the 4th email, write "understand they're busy. If they get a chance, please take the survey. Thank you."
