Having spent the last 8 years suing governmental entities, I promise you that this bullshit: >After explicitly saying that illegal speech is not free speech, it lists 6 exceptions for things that are not free speech either, including speech "that is otherwise directly incompatible with the functioning of the Institute" Is their future get-out clause for anything and everything. These types of bullshit clauses are everywhere in the law. |
