I do agree on that, I wasn't a huge fan of the storytelling which did a lot of belabored hand-holding and did indeed feel like an amateur who did just enough research to treat the reader like a naive student. That's a hard trick to pull, though. How do you tell an expert's tale without a) getting too technical for most or b) getting to ELI5 for the few? |
