OP here. Thanks for the comments and suggestions! I updated the post to include the full text of the email as well as a link to this discussion. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions about what we can do to stop this kind of thing. Should we complain to someone or just warn people online? Is there anything that can be done to head off this kind of thing? |
