Regarding the impracticality of eating blended foods on the go: Portable and rechargeable blenders exists, and I've used them successfully. They are smaller than what I need ("The Ultimate Food"), so I divide the ingredients in half and use two of them (so I take two blenders with me pre-loaded with the ingredients). This also helps just in case the battery of one runs out (a fully charged one is theoretically good for > 10 uses). I add the water only right before blending, and they can be cleaned up pretty easily after use by blending water only (which I drink). I've tried several models, and ended up with this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sayano-Smoothie-Blender-Portable-Re... ... but BlendJet 2 was OK as well: https://www.rtings.com/blender/reviews/blendjet/2 |
