That DoD is willing to address the need to leverage OSS and set a policy that balances and mitigates risk-benefit is a really positive step. I left the military almost 4yrs ago and even at the most advanced organizations there was a huge under-appreciation for the need to invest in software capabilities across the board. I’m glad to see this. |
