I'm afraid to tell you that you like something for the wrong reasons. The reason justification you just provided is wrong. People aren't digging through because they can, they're digging through because they like the game and it sits in a perfect state of simple, popular, fun where people want to see the curtains behind the game. This would still be reverse engineered if it had to be decompiled first. Your second statement kind of proves that you don't believe in your first statement, and in fact it is definitely the simplicity, popularity and fun that comes from the game that spawned intrigue. What you really wanted to say was: "thanks, fun games!" because this has nothing to do with the game being open. |
