Really nice idea!! I started building a product for creating single property pages over a year ago. One of the things I got asked was a way to use it to manage tasks / inventories for a home. At the time I was not able to implement that but I'm now thinking of going back to do that. In the meantime I open sourced it so people can add functionality and take it in the direction they want.
