Yeah, Sweden is anti-progressive. As a worker I pay ~40% income tax and 25% sales tax. Meanwhile there is no inheritance tax, relatively low capital gains tax (or none on ISK accounts), and low corporation tax. It's designed to preserve wealth for those who inherit property. |
