I'll ditto this. Around Christmas I finally figured out that I had hemorrhoids. One of the adjustments immediately made was to order 2 bidets from hellotushy.com and install them in both bathrooms. Unbelievable relief. First time I used it I must have sat there for 5 minutes. The hemorrhoid problem is now mostly gone, and TP usage in the household is down dramatically. Well-worth the $120/toilet, even if I do have to run the sink hot water for a bit to warm up the lines first.
