I do not let people know that I play games (rpg, online competitive, etc) as a hobby, except for few friends I have known since school. It is a mental image in which playing video game is not socially acceptable for a young male in United States. But I do not think it really matters - instead of impressing other people, having a hobby is to create room for myself. |
