You could try a program like "Couch to 5K" which will help ease you into the activity of running. For me, I hate running. But the more I run, the better I get at it and the more I enjoy it. And then I end up injuring myself and stop running...until the cycle repeats. TLDR: you could possibly learn to love to run. |
