How does it compare to a diffraction grating that costs $2? Quickly Googling this I found: https://www.homesciencetools.com/product/diffraction-grating... With all that said, the plastic grating is a very cool thing, and with it you can demonstrate pretty much all the basics of gratings and spectrometers.
