I was wondering about that topic recently! Before COVID, offering remote was a big differentiator for startups and definitely considered a perk. Now, it's becoming so common that I guess they should offer something new to attract talent, and I'm wondering if it could be a 4-day week? I'd be very interested by that in any case. |
