>before people start turning to WINE and a saner Linux distro, just to run their Windows applications I jumped to Linux when Windows 11 was announced. I tried it (W11) in a VM and it convinced me that things are only going to get worse. Must say that I couldn't be happier for the move. I still get to run the vast majority of software via WINE (Affinity products need to up their game though) to boot. Games are much better supported nowadays as well, so it's all good, and no Windows 11. |
