I'm English and I'm not. It's a short sighted bid by a PM who's dying on his arse to try and keep support from his lunatic 'covid sceptic' backbenchers.

Masks are a simple and effective way of keeping down community transmission and it is a ridiculous stance to take when case loads remain high.

I will continue to wear a mask.
