How do you compete fairly with somebody that engages in monopoly abuse and anti-competitive behaviour? It has been more than 3 and a half years since GDPR was implemented, yet it took concentrated efforts of non-profits and individuals to come to this extremely obvious interpretation that EU–US Privacy Shield is nonsense. Maybe if EU and member countries actually made any enforcement efforts, a viable competitive space would emerge. |
