This is the most recent rating action RE: El Salvador I could find on the Moody's website: https://www.moodys.com/research/Moodys-downgrades-El-Salvado... It is from July of last year and Bitcoin appears to be only a small part of the rationale. If a new action has been taken please link it, I'd love to read it.
