Is the PhD worth it? A million is a million. Do you think you'd be able to recoup it in quicker time then the sunk cost in education? I personally am not a fan of academia, but many on HN news are and believe the accreditation will lead you to go far. I personally believe it's up to your skills and network - what do you know and who do you know? You already are at a FAANG. So it comes round to what's the point? Are you ready to forgo revenue for a PhD? |
