The signals have to be personal because if they had to do with metrics (that were good), you wouldn't have this problem. In my opinion, it's when either/most/all of these are true: - you don't feel you are capable (or want to) fix growth - you don't see any hope - ie you picked the wrong problem and there's no p/m fit - you are not hustling enough to fix the problems and you don't know why (prob because you lost passion or steam) |
