I think the name works - OP has a target audience in mind and the name speak to that. In fact I immediately thought of hodle.rs as a suggestion, but it it appears to be taken.

I can see how one might not find the name appealing if not a part of that audience. Is cryptocurrency content something that interests you in general? If so, can think of a name that wouldn’t be off putting but still communicate the intent of the site?

there is definitely a masculine toxic theme in the crypto culture (especially in the Wallstreet* scene).

Not saying your site pushes that, just that the scene has that culture around it and hodl is a part of that culture by association.
