The normal pathway for dealing with a business that cheats you is to file a chargeback with your credit card. However, with Google, I suppose you have to risk having your Google Account shuttered in retaliation and essentially ruining services such as email you might have with them and causing a significant stress on your life.

Not a good look there from a "Do no evil" perspective, Google.
