No, I meant helping employers and employees to be able (not forced) to keep employees/stay in a job, if that is what they want. This is usually done by "carrot" measures, like tax breaks, and "stick" measures, like minimum wages. It can also be safe workplaces. But like I said, that's not going anywhere (in the US, at least). |
