I see one Powecom mask listed under the "Respirator Assessment Results Considered as Counterfeit and/or Misuse of Company Name" section of the CDC's site [0]. Open the link, scroll down to that heading, click on the "G" tab, then Cmd+F for "Guangzhou Powecom Labor Insurance Supplies" and you'll see it. That said, I suspect it was maybe just a slightly sub-standard batch. The minimum filtration efficiency was still >93%, not anywhere near as bad as some others on that list.
