Many of us may have a side project which we want to sell to a person/company who can manage it better and give us some bucks for the labor.

How about we do it here? Let's see if this idea resonate with others here.

Guerrilla "marketing" - try to phish people with fake domains and create the market for your product.

...that would be pretty unethical though.
