To me it sits somewhere between the Mozilla Public License and AGPL. It seems as though a closed source application could use a Round Robin licensed library so long as the library is unmodified and the application doesn't "[expose] so much of this software’s interfaces or functionality to users, programmers, or other software that it becomes a practical substitute for this software for any substantial portion of its use cases"
