You can definitely do it without Linked In, but Linked In can really help. Everybody who interviews you is going to look for your Linked In profile and it will be a little weird if you're not on there. Obviously this is just my anecdotal experience, but I've been on all sides of hiring at many different companies, at several startups and a couple of big corps too. |
