Very useful. Right now I am getting about 10 messages a day from recruiters, but maybe 1/25 of them are worth a second look. They are either geographically not ideal, things I don't want to do, or things I don't really have experience with (and my LinkedIn profile doesn't even mention) It's more useful for applying directly to companies. I was getting jobs from Indeed but it seems like 3 of the last 4 were from LinkedIn. |
