No-code is a weird movement, coding is one of those things that don't require a fancy degree, or any education. You can learn it for free from books and websites. No-code tools are fairly limited as well, they don't give you a lot of autonomy. They are a form of vendor lock-in. I think this movement is being pushed by the companies that make these tools. |

I tried to make sites without using code and I succeeded. Some of them even made it to the homepage on hackernews.
Then I learned how to write code. It has been motivation for me.
Might be a good start in the reward/effort cycle.
