Yes, and did. The people doing the interviews bounce interview questions at each other, looking to see what can strike a conversation. We want the candidate to be able to communicate and not fear asking questions when she needs. Searching online is fine. Some of our questions are showing some code (~20-25 LOC) and asking the candidate if they can explain how it's working. Is it working fine for all cases? Would you refactor it? etc. |
