I think cooperatives are an interesting idea (0). Maybe you could start one to provide a service in your community like fiber broadband, etc. For a higher risk option that’s not been mentioned you could look at peer to peer (p2p) lending. (0) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooperative |
