Youtube could easily fix this, by having a 'report scam' button on every 'live' video.

This could be abused, but also easily fixed, by making it only available to accounts that have viewed at least 10 hours of video.

If enough people report it, all they need is a little tag saying "warning this video is under review for possible scam."

But I agree, I have a feeling youtube doesn't really care.
