I was going to suggest looking at course syllabi myself. These are less available online than they once were as uni education moves to closed, registration-based platforms, but can still often be found.
"The Great Courses" series is a bit mixed, but also tends to cover the basics in the more popular topics. They're often available at libraries and the references / readings can be cribbed.
