I hope to be in your situation soon.
They brought “agility” company wide where I work and we don’t even deliver software. The average tenure is 25 years and people stay past retirement age because they are bored at home. I still struggle to teach people how to modify a PDF instead of printing, writing, scanning.
They picked me as one of the agility coaches and I don’t even believe in it.
I’ve been candid with my boss, his boss, directors, etc. They think I’m joking, so I’m hoping to get out asap |
