For me, I'm not looking for happiness at work. I look for meaningfulness. Contribution. Participation in society. Challenges. I'm not so sure I'm 100% into logotherapy, or if it is just the Protestant work ethic, but I can't spend all day chit-chatting like some of the other workers because that is not what my life is about. |
