I looked this up, check https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/how-to... You can at least set it to flash only once (better than constant blinking). People calling you on the phone is another story and part of the company culture I believe. In my case I don't get phone calls from work, only teams calls and those are always scheduled in advance. |
