Duh, forgot to mention: "Fishbase" was based on a Paradox (IIRC; could have been DBase) file. Edit: Also, for FP/Lazarus that's probably SQLite and newer RDBMSes not "in stead of" but in addition to the old file formats and RDBMSes. |
