Build a daily routine of constructive
activities (exercise, journal, meditate, cook etc)
If anybody is struggling with this extremely positive practice, I have a suggestion: start with really small activities. Give yourself credit for every victory no matter how small.When I was "between jobs" my daily routine checklist started with: - Get out of bed - Hydrate (at least 1L per day, 2L was a stretch goal) - Take vitamins - Brush teeth There was more on the checklist, like actual exercise and training projects. But having "easy wins" really helped me build positive momentum IME. |
