What are folks doing for health insurance at seed-stage startups?

Got an offer at a bootstrapped startup (self-seed?) that is promising and very exciting headed by a great set of cofounders. I am intrigued and thinking of leaving stable, quite comfortable job to be #5 employee with a bunch of equity, but had never thought through the whole health insurance angle. This startup, doesn't have it. What are my options? What are others doing in similar stage companies? Unfortunately I'm not married and can't rely on a partner's health plan! |
